* All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
* Original shipping will not be refunded.
* Shipping & insurance costs to return the item(s) will be the customer's responsibility.
* Refunds are only accepted 30 days after receipt on unused, unwashed items.
* Refunds will only be given after I inspect the item(s).
* In the case of a defect in craftsmanship, we will more than likely refer you to the manufacturer for repair.
* Gently used items are non-refundable.
* Coupons can not be used towards the purchase of a sale item.
* No returns will be accepted on sale items.
* We generally do not price match, but if you have a question about pricing, please don't hesitate to ask.
All packages are insured against loss & damage. If your package gets damaged or lost in transit, it is your responsibility to contact the U.S. Postal Service & fill out all appropriate paperwork to get your money back.
Orders paid by e-check will be held until the e-check clears. This generally takes 4-5 business days.
Special Orders can take up to two weeks to ship, unless otherwise noted - please plan accordingly!
